Educational Qualification

• Full Time B.E/ B.Tech./ M. Tech / M.E./MCA in Computer Science/Information Developer Full Stack MMG/S-which at least -02- years’ experience Technology / Electronics & Communication. Full Time B.E/ B.Tech./ M.Tech / M.E./ MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology / Electronics & Communication.
• Typically require relevant work experience in IT roles, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The required years of experience will vary based on the seniority of the position (e.g., Officer, Manager, Senior Manager).

Age Limit

• The age criteria will vary for different posts. Age relaxation will be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) as per the Government of India norms.

BOB IT Selection Process

The selection process consists following stages:

• The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview of candidates.
• Psychometric Test &/or PI shall be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, level of communication, clarity & problem-solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post etc.
